I have a good idea which will help us to get items fast...(this idea is not mine...it's stolen from an old clan;P).
Every member will have the right to ask for a 3-hours party for him. In this party he will be able to get what he wants...for example he can ask for farming party to get enrias for his apella or party for mantras,raids etc...
Everyone who helps in the party of someone else he will get 1 point so that we know who helped the most...
The guys who have most points will be able to make their party first. Ofc this means that we should write down the points and the members who already had a party. When all members have made a 3-hours party for them,we can start doing parties and the guys who helped most will have their parties first...
